I just realised how long it had been since I had posted.

Things have been really busy here at Lantech. We have welcomed two new large clients are are currently in the process of finding a new office.

At some time in the next month or two we should be taking on a new team member ... More news on that in a later post.

Citrix GoToAssist Express goes LIVE

We have just transferred over to the full release version of this amazing remote support tool.

Lantech have been using the Beta and providing feedback on the product to Citrix since the middle of last year. Most if not all of the bugs have been fixed, there are a few things still that we would like to see added, but overall it enables us to offer almost instantaneous support to any client anywhere in the world.

Hi, My names Lol (yes , thats my real name) and I run Lantech Network Solutions.

We at Lantech have decided to create this blog to help small businesses around the UK make the most out of their investment in I.T.
The credit crunch is effecting us all, clients are spending less and paying late, suppliers are demanding ever faster payment and are struggling to maintain stock levels.

During what is becoming a very testing time for UK companies we will be listing many ideas and methods that you and your business can use to help you make you more profitable by better using your existing IT infrastructure.
